The stunning farmhouse sleeps up to 21 people, perfect for a relaxing and special holiday away. The farmhouse is tastefully furnished throughout and comes with a range of facilities to suit all your needs.
Eleven en suite bedrooms are available, including single, double and twin rooms. All the rooms come with fresh linen, towels, bathrobes and tea and coffee facilitates. Facilities include Freeview TV in all rooms.
The dining area seats up to 23 people, ideal for socialising. You can also relax in the garden room which comes with a log fire and enjoys glorious views of the surrounding countryside. We also have an honesty bar which is stocked with local ales, wine and more.
Two log-fired outdoor party hot tubs seat up to 14 people and there is also an adjacent patio to unwind on.
There is a small shop/Post Office in the village of Gilsland, a convenience filling station on the A69 at Low Row. The nearest supermarket shopping centre is about ten minutes drive away in either Haltwhistle or Brampton. The surrounding area around Bush Nook is rich in history and natural unspoilt beauty. There are lots of opportunities to take in the history of the sometimes rugged, sometimes tranquil, yet constantly changing scenery.
This is a great area for exploring the most Northern borders of the mighty Roman Empire along the Hadrian's Wall World Heritage site. You can now walk the entire route of the Wall along the new Hadrian's Wall Heritage Trail.
It's also a great area for cycling and mountain biking.
