Saunton Beach Villas offers an array of beautifully furnished holiday homes just a short drive from Croyde, Woolacombe, Braunton and Barnstaple. Our villas in Devon are perfect for the ultimate coastal getaway and in a great location for exploring the area. In total there are 26 villas, with the largest sleeping 8 people.

Beach Villa – Sleeps 4:

Our wonderful villas are perfect for a relaxing break in a special location. The villas sleep 4 in a king and twin room. The bathrooms have a bath with an overhead shower along with a WC. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped which has a 4-ring hob, a toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, and a full range of kitchen utensils and a Lavazza coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods. After a day on the beach, unwind in the living room in front of the 39’’ flat screen HD TV and Blu-ray player. Outside there is a delightful garden to unwind in when the sun is shining.

We also have deluxe villas which sleep each sleep 4 people. These charming villas are very close to the beach, perfect for beach lovers. They come with similar facilities, plus the largest gardens onsite and fantastic extras such as a washer-dryer and DAB radio/Bluetooth speaker.

Beach Villa – Sleeps 6:

These outstanding apartments sleep 6 people in a king and two twin rooms, great for family or group holidays on the coast. The bathrooms have a bath with an overhead shower along with a separate WC. Rustle up some delicious dishes in the fully-equipped kitchen which has a 4-ring hob, a toaster, microwave, fridge freezer and a full range of kitchen utensils. After a day of sightseeing, unwind in the cosy living room which has a 39’’ flat screen HD TV and Blu-ray player. Outside there is a delightful garden and an outdoor shower.

Beach Villa– Sleeps 8:

Our fabulous villas are the most spacious onsite, great for a large group or family looking for the ideal holiday home. Bedrooms consist of a king and 3 twin rooms. The main bathroom comes with a bath including an overhead shower and WC, whilst an additional WC is also available. Enjoy some home-cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen which has a 4-ring hob, a toaster, microwave, fridge freezer and a full range of kitchen utensils. A delightful living room comes with a 39’’ flat screen HD TV and Blu-ray player. Outside there is a garden and outdoor shower.

We are in a great location for exploring this beautiful part of the country, with Saunton Sands Beach right on our doorstep. The dog-friendly beach allows dogs access all year round and is great for sunbathing on. You can wander along some of the most spectacular coastlines in the country throughout North Devon, whilst the area is also home to lots of great family attractions, including The Big Sheep and Milky Way.

Carr Edge Farmhouse, Newbrough, Hexham, Northumberland (Sleeps 1-6)

Carr Edge Farmhouse in Newbrough offers charming self-catering accommodation. Our two-holiday apartments near Hexham are surrounded by gorgeous countryside, perfect for a memorable holiday in Northumberland.

The Stable:

This wonderful ground-floor apartment sleeps up to 2 people, great for the ultimate romantic getaway in the country. The annexe comes with a lovely kitchen/dining/sitting area, including a lovely stone-flagged floor. Rustle up some delicious dishes in the new kitchen which has a cooker/induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Unwind in the cosy living area after a day in the countryside. Facilities include a TV, sofa and electric wood effect stove.

The beautiful bedroom comes with a king-size bed and an en suite wet room with handrails for people with mobility issues. South facing doors from the bedroom open onto the patio/garden area which offers amazing views over the Tyne Valley.

The Granary:

Our delightful first-floor apartment sleeps up to 6 people, great for families or groups looking for somewhere special to stay. The apartment boasts fantastic original beams and offers stunning views of the open countryside through the south-facing windows.

The new open-plan kitchen is great for home-cooking and includes a cooker/induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The lovely living area includes a TV, DVD player, comfy seating and a toasty wood burner for the winter months. Additionally, a boot/drying room is perfect for hanging wet coats.

Two fabulous bedrooms are available. The family room comes with a double and two singles bed, plus en suite facilities. A twin en suite room is also available.

We are in a great position for exploring Newcastle, County Durham, The Lake District and the Scottish Borders. Visit the world-famous Hadrian’s Wall and its renowned Roman sites, including Vindolanda and Housesteads. Beach lovers can visit Holy Island and the Farne Islands, whilst Kielder Water is great for fishing and boating. Superb attractions to visit include:
