14 Osprey Rise sits in one of the most sought-after areas of Tattershall Lakes Country Park, just a five-minute walk from the main complex. This lodge features an open-aspect design and is beautifully finished in a modern contemporary style with neutral tones throughout. The spacious lounge includes vaulted ceilings with spot lighting and large, comfortable sofas with cosy cushions, while the bright, well-equipped kitchen is finished in stylish grey.

The accommodation comprises a master bedroom with a double bed and two twin bedrooms, one of which includes full-size single beds. Families with young children benefit from a bed guard, high chair and travel cot provided at no extra cost (bedding for the travel cot is not supplied). Mains gas, electricity, quilts, pillows, linen and towels are all included in the price.

40 Kingfisher Court

40 Kingfisher Court is another open-aspect holiday lodge, finished in a modern contemporary style with neutral colours throughout. The spacious lounge boasts vaulted ceilings with spot lighting and large, comfortable sofas complete with cosy cushions. The bright, well-equipped kitchen is styled in elegant grey tones.

This lodge offers a master bedroom with a king-size bed, two twin bedrooms with full-size single beds and a small double pull-out sofa bed available on request for occasional use. While best suited to six guests, it can accommodate up to eight when needed. For families with young children, two bed guards, a high chair, a travel cot and an additional baby travel cot with extra mattress are provided free of charge (bedding for the travel cot should be brought by guests).

Mains gas, electricity, quilts, pillows, linen and towels are included in the price. For added peace of mind, the lodge is equipped with a regularly maintained fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector.

40 Kingfisher Court:

This outstanding lodge has been stylishly finished and is ideal for families. The large lounge has sofas, comfy seating and a 43’’ LCD TV with built-in Freeview, a DVD player and a soundbar. The kitchen is well equipped and three bedrooms are available: a king and two twin rooms. A small double pull-out sofa is also available. All the bedrooms have a TV. Outside there is a large veranda and hot tub.

Our charming lodge sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. All the bedrooms come with a TV. A well-equipped kitchen has a range of appliances and you can unwind in the cosy living area which has 43in LCD TV, with built-in Freeview. You can relax on the veranda or take a dip in the hot tub.
