Riding Farm Cottages offers luxurious self-catering accommodation near Beamish, nestled in a glorious rural countryside setting. We are less than half an hour’s drive to Gateshead and the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne, making us a great base for exploring the area.
We have 9 fantastic cottages available which offer an array of modern comforts to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cottages sleep between 2 – 9 people and come with fully equipped kitchens, high-quality furnishings and modern bathrooms. The cottages are great for a short break, family holiday or longer stays.
Riding Farm is an ideal location to explore the North East, including the award-winning Beamish Museum which is right on our doorstep. You can also visit the world heritage site of Durham Cathedral, Hadrian's Wall and international cricket at Chester-le-Street. Brilliant shopping opportunities and a great range of restaurants can also be found in Newcastle/Gateshead.
