The Granary, is situated on a family-run working sheep farm in a peaceful location a mile from the village of Oare. It is a relaxing and very comfortable holiday cottage. Although sleeps up to 4 people, it is very well suited for 2 adults. This self-catering holiday home has been tastefully decorated and furnished to provide a comfortable base for up to 4 people. If you find stairs difficult to manage The Granary offers a bedroom and shower room on the ground floor.

The holiday cottage has a spacious well-equipped kitchen, together with a dining area for up to 4 people. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom and a shower room with a lovely large shower. Bed linen, towels, heating and electricity are all included in the price.

The first floor has a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a toilet and hand basin. A very comfortable lounge area comes with Freeview TV plus views across the surrounding countryside.

Outside there is a patio with garden furniture.

The Farmhouse is situated on our working sheep farm in Kent and is a 16th Century farmhouse that has been sympathetically renovated to offer excellent comfortable and spacious accommodation. Our holiday home can be found outside of Oare by Faversham and is an ideal base for exploring the area, coast and country, with plenty of walks and cycling routes to enjoy. Whatever your preference you will be assured of a warm welcome.

About The Farmhouse:

The farmhouse can sleep up to 5 people and is a lovely family holiday home. Our holiday cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, cosy lounge area and a dining area that can seat up to 5 people. Facilities within the holiday cottage include:

Antiques and Vintage markets on at the beginning of every month together with an Art Craft and Food market 1st Saturday of the month April to August. There are also some lovely independent shops for all kinds of shopping and plenty of choice for places to eat, many using locally produced food, cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Other Tourist Attractions: Shepherd Neame Brewery, Brogdale Fruit Collection, Mount Ephraim House and Gardens, Fleur de Lis Museum and Creek Creative Gallery. There is also fishing and golf nearby.
