We are just 10 miles from St Andrews and 5 miles from Dundee.

Each property has its own entrance door and patio area or balcony, with all properties sharing a large, grassy wooded area suitable for picnics, walking and relaxing. Each property has an open plan kitchen, living and dining room with wood burning stove and they are all furnished to a high level of comfort with a mixture of contemporary and antique furniture.

All kitchens have a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave and coffee machine, and each living area has comfy sofas, TV, DVD and iPod dock, Bluetooth speaker or Sonos sound system. Free Wi-Fi is provided although it is not 'superfast'.

Every bedroom has en suite facilities, with either a bath/shower or a dedicated power shower. Scottish Fine Soaps toiletries are provided in each bathroom.

Beds are either super king, king size, double or twin and have luxury duvets with Egyptian cotton bed linen. Microfibre bedding can also be provided.
