From the self catering apartments is only a short stroll from Shanklin Old Village, Shanklin Chine and the beautiful Rylstone Gardens. It lies on the Island's famous Coastal Path which you can follow to Bonchurch, Ventnor and, finally, to the south tip of the Island.
The nine self catering apartments vary in size from one to three bedrooms (many with en suite facilities). They occupy a marvellous position just a couple of minutes’ walk from Appley Steps which lead down to Shanklin's sandy beaches and waterfront pubs.

Walking: Stay at Luccombe Villa and enjoy some of the 500 miles of footpaths and bridleways leading straight from your apartment.
Cycling: A fantastic way to explore the Island with designated cycle paths and picturesque coastal and inland lanes. There is a secure bike shed on site to store your faithful steed.
Horse riding: Stay at Luccombe Villa and enjoy wonderful riding with Allendale Equestrian Centre. The centre is set in the heart of the Isle of Wight, on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Godshill, just a few miles from Shanklin. The location is unrivalled, situated on a bridle path, enabling you to ride for miles, off road, on bridleways and along leafy country lanes.
Rylstone Gardens: These have been called the most picturesque in the South of England and so are well worth the visit. You can relax at the Cafe or try your hand at crazy golf. There are also regular open air concerts held in the gardens. The gardens run alongside the Chine, just across the road from Luccombe Villa.
Shanklin Beach: This area is famous for its sandy beaches and safe areas for bathing. The beach has its own lifeguards and during the peak season, it is cleaned every day. Shanklin is popular for watersports of all kinds so you can either go along and have a go or sit back, relax and watch!
