Our charming farmhouse offers everything you need for a tranquil country escape. The farmhouse sleeps up to 7 people, great for 2 families or 4 couples looking for somewhere special to stay. The balcony enjoys fabulous views of the private grounds, rolling hills and stunning Irish landscape.

On the ground floor is a lovely sunroom with a dining area and sitting area. Both places are perfect for relaxing in after a busy day sightseeing. You can cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with a range of excellent appliances.

The first floor has two attractive bedrooms: a double en suite and a twin room, plus a bathroom with a shower over bath. A further double en suite is on the ground floor. The first floor also boasts a sitting room and an outside balcony with a table and chairs for al fresco dining over a few glasses of wine.

Outside there are lovely courtyard gardens and outdoor garden furniture.

Excellent facilities include 2 TV with OpenBox Satellites, 2 DVD players, underfloor heating on the ground floor and kitchen appliances including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Visiting Tulla & Exploring Co Clare:

Right on our doorstep are an abundance of gorgeous walks, offering the perfect way to admire the amazing natural landscape. The well-stocked loughs are great for fishing and you can also head into the local towns of Ennis and Gort. Take a trip to the vibrant city of Limerick or head to the Clare coast, only an hour away.
