In total, the farm can comfortably accommodate family gatherings or friends from 2 to 26 people.

Windmill Lodges offers self catering accommodation in Saxtead, near Framlingham. The lodges are in a quiet and rural area and offer 4 & 5 star self catering holiday accommodation that is perfect for family breaks or quiet escapes. There is a choice of 7 beautifully designed lodges, ranging from 1 - 3 bedrooms.

These holiday lodges are superbly appointed, offering high levels of luxury, warmth and comfort. Each lodge has its own private hot tub & verandah overlooking the lake. Here you can sit with a drink and enjoy the tranquil scenery.

During your stay you have use of a covered heated swimming pool (open Easter to October). Its sheltered patio area provides you with the perfect place for sunbathing.

Saxtead is located near Woodbridge and Framlingham, within easy reach of the picturesque Suffolk Heritage Coast. There are lots of places to see and explore nearby. The Suffolk Coast & Heaths features award winning beaches and is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The pretty seaside locations of Walberswick, Thorpeness, Southwold and Aldeburgh are also nearby.

Willow Cottage, Badingham, Framlingham, Suffolk

Willow Cottage is a recently converted brick farm building set in its own grounds on the bank of a large, traditional Suffolk farm pond – a highlight of staying here is sitting on the decking, watching the sun set through the many willow trees whilst admiring the various water fowl and birds around the pond.

Maybe it is just possible to hear the occasional tractor driving along our country lane (some 50 metres away) but otherwise all is peace and tranquillity.

Immediately outside the cottage’s entrance gate is a bridleway with links to an extensive network of well marked public footpaths across the adjoining fields with stunning views over miles of unspoilt Suffolk countryside. There is also a well-worn path in the other direction to our local pub!

These have been sympathetically converted into three separate holiday homes which can be rented individually or in conjunction with each other.

Our two delightfully quirky shepherd huts (each with a double bed) are set apart from the farm buildings and each other in secluded parts of the estate.

Boundary Farm comprises the following luxury holiday accommodation all furnished and equipped to high standards:

A charming four bedroom Victorian farmhouse retaining many of its original features.

The Hayloft and the Cart Lodge, two bedroom and one bedroom holiday accommodation with wonderful views across the fields.

Two fully equipped shepherd Huts set in their own secluded grounds with views across the meadows providing glamping at its very best.

All the accommodation is set well back from the road that links Saxtead with Framlingham and there are public footpaths and bridleways nearby in abundance. In total the farm can comfortably accommodate family gatherings or friends of up to eighteen people.
