Rhinns Holidays in Port Charlotte offers charming self catering accommodation in 83 Main Street, a traditional terraced cottage. Our cottage is on the gorgeous island of Islay and perfect for an idyllic break in Argyll.

Accommodation

Our cottage sleeps up to 8 people, great for a family or group holiday in a tranquil location. The cottage is tastefully furnished and perfect for a memorable holiday on the island of Islay.

We have a cosy living room with a comfy leather suite that can be made as a queen-size sofa bed, open fire, large LCD TV with Sky, DVD player and iPod dock.

Enjoy some home cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with a range of appliances: range style cooker, 5 ring ceramic hob with 2 ovens and separate grill, Smeg fridge-freezer, integrated dishwasher and microwave oven. A dining table seats 8 and you can listen to a few tunes on the Bluetooth speaker. To the rear of the property is a utility room that houses a washing machine, clothes horse, iron and laundry basket with peg.

On the first is 1 king room, 1 twin en suite and 1 twin. A family bathroom comes with a shower over bath and WC.

Outside we have a garden with a patio including garden furniture and BBQ for al fresco dining over a glass or two.

Visiting Port Charlotte & Exploring Argyll

Only a 2-minute stroll from us is the sandy beach on the shores of Loch Indaal, offering stunning views across to Bowmore and the Paps of Jura or down the loch to the Mull of Oa and beyond to Ireland. In the village, there are two hotels, 2 bistros, children’s play park, a post Office and a mini-market. Excellent attractions to visit include:

The Saddlers is a traditional two-storey property that provides self-catering accommodation within the heart of Bowmore. This is a small town on the island of Islay. It is best known for its whisky and Bowmore Distillery lies on the shore of Loch Indaal.

About The Saddlers:

The property can accommodate 11 people. There are 6 bedrooms which are all en suite. On the first floor, 2 of the bedrooms are superior en suites with views of the loch and private balconies.
