Our cottage, thoughtfully designed for up to 6 people, is a haven of comfort and convenience.

Step into the light-filled living room, a perfect space to unwind. Entertainment is at your fingertips with Virgin TV and comfortable seating. The well-equipped breakfast/kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a double oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, and microwave. Open the doors to the inviting patio, and on the ground floor, you'll also find a convenient cloakroom.

Upstairs, two bedrooms await your peaceful slumber: one with a double bed and the other with a king-size bed (or twin beds) and en suite facilities. A family bathroom is adjacent to the double room. Ascend to the second floor to discover another comfortable twin room.

Step outside into our enchanting garden, complete with a patio and a table with chairs, ideal for al fresco dining.

The Grassmarket is a very vibrant, pedestrianised area lying below the castle walls in the old town where open-air markets are held regularly and visitors and locals enjoy sitting outside the many popular bars, cafes and restaurants. There are some wonderful individual shops here selling old books, antiques, vintage clothing and good quality local crafts.

The self-catering apartment has 1 bedroom with a comfortable double bed and crisp cotton sheets, an open-plan living room/kitchen which is bright and airy and stylishly furnished, and a bathroom with shower over the bath. The kitchen is well equipped should you feel like doing some home-cooking though there are so many places to eat nearby you may prefer to eat out.

The self-catering apartment is very accessible to all parts of the city being 5 minutes from Princes Street and less than that to the Royal Mile, the centre of the historic old town. The other main tourist attractions and the cultural venues of theatres and cinemas are also within easy walking distance.

XV Albert Place is an elegant Victorian townhouse, located in a fantastic central part of Stirling, within the King’s Park Conservation Area. We are the perfect holiday home for a couple who want a break away to this fantastic city and can easily reach the many attractions and places of interest throughout Stirlingshire.

The holiday home is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and includes a comfortable living area, relaxing bedroom and well-appointed kitchen. We also feature superfast BT Infinity Broadband and Wi-Fi. We also have a small office with a high security safe.

The main bedroom has 2 large zip/link beds which can be made up as a twin room or double. There is a mosaic tiled wet room with a shower and Victorian cast iron bath and a uniquely designed kitchen/diner. 

When you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy some quiet time, guests can sit in our air-conditioned sun room, there is a very large leather sofa come sofa bed, providing the perfect place to rest and relax. 

Our holiday home is overlooked by Stirling’s Old Town and Castle, and is just a short distance from the Albert Hall, home to graduations, weddings and other celebrations. It is only a five-minute walk from the vibrant town centre while at the same time being only one mile from all major road links.
