Harbour Cottage is situated on the sought-after Beadnell Peninsula, enjoying a prime location with breathtaking panoramic views across both the harbour and the bay.

Accommodation

The property offers a spacious utility room complete with a washing machine, fridge/freezer and WC, leading through to a large breakfasting kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with an additional fridge, dishwasher, oven and a dining table seating four guests. There is also a separate dining area that comfortably accommodates up to eight people, which opens into a welcoming living room featuring an open fire and television.

To the front of the cottage, guests will find a secure and private garden, perfect for barbecuing, outdoor dining, sunbathing and providing a safe space for children to play.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed, en-suite shower room and television. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the third bedroom is a twin room. The family bathroom includes a shower over the bath. There is also an additional upstairs sitting room with spectacular views over the bay, complete with a sofa bed to provide extra sleeping space if required.

Beadnell is a picturesque village on the Northumberland coast, approximately 10 miles from Alnwick and 40 miles north of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Renowned as one of the most desirable holiday destinations on the Heritage Coast, Beadnell is particularly celebrated for its stunning beach, which stretches over three miles south to Newton-by-the-Sea. It is an ideal location for visitors seeking coastal charm combined with excellent accessibility.

Sealladh na Mara (pronounced Shall-uh nuh Maa-ruh and Gaelic for “View of the Sea“) is a spacious, modern, detached self catering house accommodating eight in Lochinver, Sutherland. Close to the seashore and set in about an acre of wild, partly wooded garden, there are stunning views across Inverkirkaig Bay to the Assynt Mountains.

Local Area

The surrounding area is famed for its wildlife; otters, seals, red and roe deer, pine martens, golden eagles and divers may be seen. There is a wealth of plant life including many alpine species and orchids. West Sutherland is a popular area with walkers, mountaineers, geologists and anglers. Mountain bikes can be hired in Lochinver. Close by there are fine white sand beaches for relaxing and bathing.
