Close to the village of Luss on the western shore of Loch Lomond, Craigton Cottages offers the perfect base to explore the area or relax & unwind in front of a roaring fire.

We are based close to the Bonnie banks of Loch Lomond and while being surrounded by wildlife and serene beauty, there is an abundance of leisure activities right on our door step. There is something for everyone from the action-packed to sedate. Try the many watersports on offer, enjoy magnificent views from Ben Lomond, cycle the Loch Lomond cyclepath, play golf, visit historic houses and gardens... Based at Craigton, you'll be spoilt for choice.

Quarry Cottage has a master bedroom with King-size bed & en-suite plus a twin bedroom and separate bathroom with shower. Open-plan kitchen with oven & hob,dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Utility with washer & drier. Spacious living/dining area with wood-burning stove and patio doors leading to garden with seating area and barbecue. Quarry cottage has level-access doorways and is all on ground floor.

Piper's Cottage - Sleeps 6

Piper's Cottage has a master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite showerroom on the first floor. On the ground floor there are two twin rooms and family bathroom with shower. Kitchen with oven & hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer opens onto spacious living/dining area with woodburner and patio doors leading to garden with seating area and barbecue. Utility with washer and drier.

Cruach Dubh - Sleeps 8

Ground floor twin bedroom has en-suite bathroom with separate shower. 3 further bedrooms upstairs; one king-size bed with en-suite shower room, one king-size bed with en-suite bathroom including separate shower, one twin room plus family bathroom with shower. Lounge with woodburning stove and patio doors leading to garden with seating area and barbecue. Spacious kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher & fridge/freezer leading to bright dining room. Shepherds Rest offers luxury self catering accommodation in a stylish barn conversion at Low Easby on the edge of the North York Moors National Park.

A former 18th-Century barn sympathetically converted into a stylish and contemporary living space. A light and airy living and dining area/kitchen is open to the eaves and boasts “eco-friendly” underfloor heating together with the attractive feature of a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped to complete with breakfast bar and Fired Earth tiles. The cottage is fitted with broadband which is available to use for our guests.

Exposed beams together with wide reclaimed floor timbers throughout add to the overall elegance of the entire property which successfully mixes contemporary fittings/furnishings with small touches of original pieces of antique furniture.

Two spacious bedrooms are bright and cheerful with sumptuous soft furnishings. Each bedroom has its own super king-size bed, which are also zip and link to allow various arrangements of guests. Each bedroom also has its own beautifully finished bathroom.

Drumchork Farmhouse sleeps up to six people in the north-west Highlands of Scotland. This traditional stone built building enjoys views over Loch Ewe and the Minch. Built in 1881, the house is a beautiful property that is full of history & character.

Aultbea itself is a small crofting and fishing village. The village is sheltered by the Isle of Ewe and surrounded by great wilderness and mountains. The village has a shop, hotel and there are a number of gift shops. Lots of cafes are nearby, such as the Perfume Studio and the Isle of Ewe Smokehouse. 

Along the coast, there are many beautiful beaches such as Firemore, Gruinard, Mellon Udrigle and Big Sand. These beaches are great for walks, relaxing, exploring rock pools and even snorkelling (there are 5 of the north-west snorkel trail's 9 sites within an easy drive).

Calluna Self Catering is a group of holiday homes on the outskirts of Fort William in Inverness-shire. There are 4 self catering apartments available which are great for a small family or large group of friends looking to discover the Scottish Highlands. Together the accommodation can sleep up to 26 and some are dog friendly.

This is a brilliant destination if you love climbing. There is a bouldering wall onsite at Calluna as well as areas for you to practice belaying and prussiking.

Fort William and the surrounding Scottish Highlands are a great place to visit if you are looking for adventure. The centre of Fort William has a variety of shops, cafes, pubs and bars to visit and being located within the Highlands means that there are some fantastic walks or hikes only a short drive away.
