Local attractions include salmon and trout fishing, clay-pigeon shooting and off-road experiences.

Kilt Room Cottage offers charming self-catering accommodation just 5 minutes from Aberlour. We are set in a peaceful and relaxing location and a great base for exploring Moray.

Our wonderful cottage sleeps up to 4 people and is ideal for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful part of the country.

The disabled-friendly cottage comes with a lovely open plan kitchen and lounge/dining room with a double bed-settee table and chairs and Freeview TV. 

The comfortable bedroom has twin beds. The wet room comes with a disabled stool for the shower.

Outside there is a delightful patio with a picnic table. A great spot for breakfast in the morning sun.

The local area has so much to see and do. You can enjoy salmon fishing on the River Spey or enjoy distillery tours and tastings sessions. A range of great activities can be enjoyed in the area, including hunting, cycling, golf, clay pigeon shooting, horse riding, skiing, tennis and swimming.
