Visitors arrive via a sweeping drive that crosses a historic stone bridge above St Peter’s Well. Sir Stuart’s House
A spacious lakeside home ideal for larger groups or families, Sir Stuart’s House features an open-plan ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen (including electric Aga-style cooker, American fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, and microwave), and a lounge-diner with open fire, TV/DVD, estate logs, and rural-speed Wi-Fi. The ground floor also includes a double bedroom with en-suite shower.
Upstairs are three en-suite twin rooms, an additional twin bedroom adjacent to a full bathroom, and a flexible room with a daybed next to another bathroom. An optional Bothy (twin with en-suite) in the private garden increases capacity to 14 guests. The house is encircled by gardens and a lake (unfenced), with a patio, brick BBQ, and outdoor seating. Parking is located 100 metres away, with a hand cart provided for transporting luggage.

Beech Tree Cottage
Located at the end of the courtyard, this two-storey cottage is warmed by oil central heating and a welcoming log fire. The ground floor features a sitting/dining room opening onto a shared lawn, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite shower, and a utility room with WC and washer.
Upstairs are a single cabin room, a twin room, a triple room, a bathroom, and a family shower room. A camp bed is available upon request. Outdoor garden furniture (Spring–Autumn) and nearby shared play area with trampoline, swing, and climbing frame make it ideal for families.

Redwood Cottage
Situated at the courtyard entrance, Redwood Cottage opens from a covered parking area onto a shared lawn with seasonal outdoor furniture. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge-diner with open fire and seating for eight, a garden-view double bedroom, and a period roll-top bath with WC.
Upstairs are two twin rooms (one with sofa-bed and en-suite WC), a single bedroom, and a separate shower room. Oil heating, firelighters, and logs are provided.

The Potting Sheds
