Check-In & Arrival
Guests should report to Reception between 3pm and 8pm for check-in. Alternatively, self-check-in is available: guests receive an image of their cottage’s front door and a what3words location via the booking hub. Access to keys is sent through a secure SMS, so it’s essential that a valid mobile number is provided at the time of booking.
