Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a warm and inviting living room, complete with an open fireplace, a dining set, a comfortable sofa and armchair, and a television for relaxing evenings. A door from the living room leads through to a well-equipped kitchen, featuring an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge.
Upstairs, the first floor accommodates a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom fitted with a bath, wash basin, toilet, and shaver point. Heating throughout is provided by storage heaters, while an immersion heater in the bathroom ensures a supply of hot water. Electricity is charged separately from the weekly rental rate.
Outside, the property benefits from a private driveway offering off-road parking, a neatly maintained lawned garden, and a summerhouse—ideal for peaceful moments in the sun. A quaint patio area at the front of the cottage features outdoor seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Guests are also welcome to use a garden shed for storing bicycles.
No.3 The Postyard welcomes one well-behaved adult dog for a small additional fee, making it a great base for pet owners.
