Lots of excellent activities are within walking distance, including sailing, sailboarding, kitesurfing, kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, surfing, body boarding and kitesurfing. Golfers can play a round or two at Aberdovey Golf Club.

Aberdovey is an interesting place to explore, home to an art gallery, specialty shops, boutiques, a pharmacy and two small supermarkets. Foodies are also spoilt for choice, with lots of ice-cream parlours, cafes and restaurants available. You can also buy freshly caught seafood from harbour pier.
