The dresser is stocked with a selection of books, board games, and plenty of local information leaflets, maps, and guides for walks and places to visit in the area. The cottage is fitted with floor tiles throughout and is equipped with an oil-fired combi boiler that runs hot water and underfloor heating. For those cooler evenings, a wood-burning stove in the living area adds a cosy touch. All fuel and logs are included in the rental price.
In 2024, the cottage was updated with a new bespoke oak kitchen and solid oak worktops. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric double oven, induction hob, and a large 60/40 fridge freezer. The cottage features one ensuite shower room in the double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a second separate shower room. Both bathrooms are fitted with heated towel rails, storage cupboards, and complimentary toiletries.
