Handley Farm Holidays offer beautifully appointed self-catering holiday accommodation in Somerset outside of Waterrow near Taunton. Our self-catering accommodation and luxury B&B Barn Suites are set in acres of beautiful farmland, woods and ponds, with wonderful walks, beautiful sunsets and endless views. We also have an abundance of natural wildlife to observe. On the farm, we have horses, sheep, chickens, ducks and goats.
The Dairy
Our spacious, most popular cottage sleeps up to 4 people. One bedroom comes with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The other bedroom has a zip-and-link super king bed which can bed made into two singles. The en suite has a shower.
The open-plan kitchen enjoys glorious views of the rolling countryside and the elegant sitting room has exposed beams, large windows and a log burner.
The Cider Barn
This self-catering holiday home can sleep up to 6 people and has a luxurious feel throughout. It has an open-plan kitchen which enjoys wonderful far-reaching views of the Somerset countryside at one end of this open-plan room, with a tastefully furnished sitting room area at the other. The sitting room area also benefits from having a log burner and wonderful exposed beams.
There are 3 bedrooms at the holiday cottage, all of which are made up and ready for your arrival. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, one has a king-size bed and the other has a 4-poster double bed. The final room is upstairs and has twin beds.
The stylish modern bathroom is on the ground floor and has a bath, separate shower, washbasin & WC. For your complete freedom and relaxation, the cottage has a private garden with south-facing decking, an 8-seater Hot Tub and garden furniture.
We know that those of you who have dogs like to take them on holiday and we understand that your canine friends are part of the family so we are happy to have a maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs come with you. Please remember that your dogs must be kept on their leads as we have many farm animals and wildlife surrounding the holiday home.
The Old Stables
Our beautifully converted stable block is something special. The stunning open-plan kitchen/dining area comes with a vaulted ceiling. The kitchen is fully equipped to suit all your needs and the living area comes with a comfy sofa, log burner, TV and DVD player.
The luxurious bedroom comes with a king-size bed with a freestanding roll-top double-ended bath, a TV and lovely furnishings. The en suite bathroom comes with a large shower. This superb hideaway is perfect for couples looking for somewhere special to stay. Outside there is a small courtyard to enjoy.

For those who love fishing you are welcome to enjoy our course fishing pond which is completely free of charge to our guests, all you need to do is bring your own rods. There are also plenty of attractions and places of interest in the local area that all the family will enjoy this include:
