Up Devon country lanes high above the village of Upottery, on the western side of the Lace Town of Honiton within easy access to Exeter and Taunton and views to write home about.

With wonderful fields, hedgerows, woodlands and isolated farmsteads this is rural living at its best. Thatched cottages, village pub and long country walks are the order of the day. You can just relax in our quality self catering cottages, soak up the views and get to know all our friendly, bonkers, free-range animals. We do say that at Primrose Farm, the inmates run the asylum.

But if you want to venture further afield, our cottages are ideally placed for taking full advantage of the beautiful counties of Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset. In 20 minutes you can be strolling along the Jurassic coastline, take in the fresh sea air, walk along the cliffs or just relax on the many beaches.
