You enter Boathouse Cottage through an enclosed entrance porch giving direct access to a new and spacious kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped. The dining area has matching settings for six persons but is large enough to seat 8 to 10 persons with additional settings provided.
Sitting Room & Downstairs Bedroom - The lower ground floor is entered down two easy steps to an inner hall from where you can enter the living room, one twin bedroom, and one shower room with wash hand basin and loo.
The living room has stunning views both up and down the river. With a proper fireplace and comfortable seating, you can relax after an active day.

It has its own garden and commands superb views to and across the river as well as up and downstream. Behind the cottage is a bank with mature woodland. Visitors stand a good chance of seeing a wide range of wildlife during their visit.
Our lovely cottage has easy access to a number of waymarked quiet country walks and footpaths along the Tweed and into the surrounding countryside. Enjoy seeing the local wildlife. Tweed defines the Border here so you can walk in England or Scotland. If you’re bringing bicycles why not try the Tweed Cycleway which you can join across Norham Bridge. Or you can hire bikes locally from Wilson Cycles Tel: 01289-331476. Norham itself has a rich Border History, with historic St Cuthbert’s church a “must see”. The village is dominated by the ruins of Norham Castle, scene of many famous events. There are two pubs, a village shop and a newsagent and an excellent butcher you’ll find most things you need in the village during your stay.

Red House Farm is a working arable farm located to the north of the quiet village of Great Eversden, in the heart of rural South Cambridgeshire. The cottages are in the recently converted Rose Barn in the original farmyard. The courtyard is bounded by traditional timber framed barns and is a wonderful sun trap.
Our two charming self catering cottages have been decorated and furnished to a high standard. Each cosy cottage has a bathroom and two bedrooms, one cottage sleeps 4 people and the other cottage sleeps 3 people. The fully fitted kitchens include a washing machine and dishwasher. The comfortable lounge area has a TV and DVD player. Both cottages have a downstairs cloakroom.
The farm is located to the north of the quiet village of Great Eversden, through which the Greenwich Meridian Line runs. Our peaceful location is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Guests are encouraged to take advantage of our rural setting, by using our farm walk map, which links to numerous footpaths leading to Wimpole Hall or Cambridge. The farm is within easy reach of the excellent Park and Ride system around Cambridge. Royston railway station is a short drive for visits to London, Kings Cross Station.

Hazel Cottage is a large three bedroomed single storey stone built holiday cottage that offers level access throughout and can sleep up to 6 + cot comfortably.
The cottage has been designed to be disabled wheelchair friendly and is heated by controllable underfloor heating using the latest air source technology. The rooms consist of a master bedroom with wet room and separate toilet and washbasin and two further bedrooms each with twin beds.

Hall Farm Cottages - Coopers Cottage & Gardeners Cottage offers magnificent self catering accommodation in Sedgeberrow. Nestled in a peaceful position in Worcestershire, our barn conversions boast stunning views over the hills and fields.
Coopers Cottage:
Our superb property has been beautifully converted from a stable block. The cottage sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms and is tastefully furnished throughout. The open plan living area comes with a lovely sitting room to relax in. Stable doors lead onto the shared garden. A well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and a dining area is available. Guests also have access to the pool.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom which includes a bath. An en suite twin room comes with a shower over the bath. The twin room comes with an enamelled French bath.
Gardeners Cottage:
This charming cottage is part of the converted stable block and leads directly onto the shared garden. The property sleeps up to 5 people in two bedrooms: a spacious double room with a king bed and a twin room with an additional sofa bed. Both rooms come with contemporary en suite bathrooms.
The large open plan living area has a sitting room with French doors which open onto the garden. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and a dining area is available.
The shared garden is fenced and the extensive grounds include an orchard and a large lawn. All our guests also have access to a heated swimming pool.
Sedgeberrow is a pretty village and there are plenty of fishing opportunities in the local area. The local pub is only 200 yards away and serves delicious home cooked food and you can enjoy lots of beautiful walks around the village. Evesham has the stunning River Avon running through it and the historic remains of Evesham Abbey. Evesham Country Park also has some wonderful shops and an animal sanctuary.
