This cosy holiday cottage comfortably accommodates two adults and a baby, offering off-street parking for added convenience.
On the first floor, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern amenities such as an electric hob, grill and oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate dining area with a dining table and chairs, with a highchair available upon request.
The lounge area provides a comfortable retreat with seating for two, a TV with Freesat from Sky box, video recorder, DVD player, and a radio/CD player. French doors lead from the lounge to the private balcony, offering spectacular views over Mount's Bay towards Cudden Point and the Lizard.
On the ground floor, guests will discover a double bedroom with a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe/storage shelving, bedside tables, and lamps. Beneath the stairs, a washer/dryer is conveniently tucked away alongside storage space for suitcases, etc. The bathroom is equipped with a corner bath, hand basin, w.c., separate electric shower unit in an 800mm cubicle, mirror with twin-power shaver point and light, heated towel rail, and electric fan heater.
Cudden View Cottage includes electricity and water charges, along with all bedding and bed linen, tea towels, loo paper, kitchen towel, cleaning and washing-up materials, at no extra cost. Additionally, a cot, highchair, and stairgate are available upon request. Guests need only bring cot bedding if applicable.
Marazion and its surrounding areas boast stunning beaches and abundant family-friendly entertainment options. Whether visiting the iconic St Michaels Mount or embarking on a scenic coastal walk, there's no shortage of adventure to be found in Cornwall.
