Accommodation
The Barn is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor, guests will find an open-plan living and dining area featuring a fully equipped custom kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable home-from-home experience. A spacious oak table seats up to six guests, perfect for meals, drinks or enjoying one of the many board games provided. The lounge includes a cosy corner sofa and easy chairs arranged around a wall-mounted smart TV.
Also on the ground floor is the first bedroom, which benefits from an en-suite shower room with a generous, low-level shower tray for easy access. This bedroom can be configured either as a twin with two single beds or as a double with a super-king bed, depending on guest preference.
Upstairs, two further spacious bedrooms each feature a king-size bed and luxurious Simba mattress. The shower room is located off the landing, and a dedicated workspace with a desk, monitor and chair provides a practical area for work or study.
Outside, guests can relax while taking in the stunning views of Shutlingsloe, The Roaches and Hanging Stone. A walled patio offers seating for six, while a separate terrace includes a gas barbecue, barbecue table and a bistro set for two. Additional benches throughout the private garden offer more peaceful spots to unwind. The well-lit parking area beside the property provides step-free access to the entrance.
