Spread across 8 acres of picturesque fields and woodlands, the site features five spacious chalets and three smaller ones, each thoughtfully positioned around a large, shared lawn to ensure both privacy and serenity.

Every bungalow is comfortably furnished and includes:

A cosy lounge area

A fully equipped kitchen

A modern bathroom with W.C., wash-hand basin, and bath with overhead shower

Two bedrooms, accommodating up to four guests in the larger units

For added convenience, all units are equipped with:

Television

Convector heaters

Electric cooker, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, and kettle

Double glazing for warmth and quiet

A picnic table outside each chalet for enjoying meals al fresco

Families are warmly welcomed, with cots and high chairs available at no extra charge.

Exploring Mount Hawke & the North Cornish Coast

Situated just 500 metres down a private lane from the centre of Mount Hawke village, the site offers a safe and secluded environment—perfect for families with children. The village provides essential amenities, including a pub/restaurant, and sits within the stunning North Cornish Atlantic Coastline, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The popular resort of Porthtowan with its beautiful sandy beach is just a few minutes away, as is the charming coastal village of St. Agnes. A public footpath adjoins the property’s fields, leading to both countryside and cliff-top walks. Guests can easily access the North Cornwall Coastal Path from Porthtowan and Chapel Porth beaches, both approximately 1¼ miles from the site.

Guests are also welcome to wander or picnic in the private fields and woodlands surrounding the bungalows, offering the perfect opportunity to enjoy Cornwall’s peaceful rural landscapes.

Mount Hawke Holiday Bungalows offer self catering accommodation situated at Mount Hawke just a short distance from the bustling Cornish city of Truro. This family owned site is set in wonderful tranquil surroundings, yet ideally placed for exploring everything Cornwall has to offer.

The Chalets:

The accommodation in the bungalows consists of lounge, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. The small bungalows, sleeping up to four, have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. The large bungalows, to sleep up to six, have two bedrooms similarly furnished and a sofa bed in the lounge. All the bungalows have fully fitted bathrooms with W.C., wash hand basin and bath with electric shower. They are all fully equipped with new televisions with digital Freeview and DVD player, convector heaters, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, electric kettle, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. Duvets, blankets and pillows are provided.

Prince Croft Cott:

The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, one double and two singles, therefore, sleeping a maximum of four. The lounge/diner with TV, DVD and digital Freeview is furnished to a high standard with your comfort in mind and with French doors opening on to the patio and small garden where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washer/dryer. The modern bathroom has both bath and shower.

The Annex:

This charming one bedroom annex is attached to the owner’s bungalow and comes with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Inside there is a cosy living room with a TV and dining table, double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and shower/toilet. Unwind on the delightful patio over a spot of al fresco dining.

Mount Hawke is located on the spectacular North Cornish Atlantic Coastline which is an area of "Outstanding Natural Beauty". The village has various amenities for your everyday needs including a pub/restaurant. We are 500 metres down a private lane from the village, which makes this a very safe area for children away from any traffic. The popular resort of Porthtowan with its beautiful sandy beach is only a few minutes drive as is the quaint resort of St. Agnes.
