Moo Barn is a spacious, luxurious, and beautifully converted barn, offering a tranquil retreat at the end of a private lane, surrounded by rolling organic farmland in the heart of the unspoiled Roseland Peninsula. Designed for relaxation, it seamlessly combines rustic charm with modern comforts, making it an ideal getaway for families, friends, and those looking to unwind in the Cornish countryside.

Inside, Moo Barn creates a welcoming and spacious environment while maintaining a cosy, rustic feel. Exposed roof beams and a log fire contribute to a warm and inviting atmosphere. The barn can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, with the option to add up to two cots for the younger members of your party. The sleeping arrangements include three upstairs bedrooms: a king-size, a double, and a twin, each with its own en-suite bathroom equipped with either a bath or shower. On the ground floor, a twin bedroom with an adjacent en-suite caters to guests who may require easier access, with low thresholds at both the front and back doors, as well as the downstairs shower, to assist with accessibility.

Outside, a large walled garden provides a safe and beautifully maintained space for children to play, while adults can relax with a glass of wine and enjoy a barbecue on warm summer evenings. Comfortable outdoor furniture allows guests to fully enjoy the serene surroundings, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring all that Cornwall has to offer.

Moo Barn offers stunning self-catering accommodation just outside of Tregony near Truro. Our cottage is an ideal base for a family or group of friends. Moo Barn is a large, relaxing and beautiful luxury barn conversion set peacefully at the end of a private lane. We are surrounded by organic farmland in the heart of the unspoilt Roseland Peninsula.

Our cottage is big enough for two families to share or one family to spread out. We have ample car parking space and Moo Barn is centrally heated giving it a warm and cosy feel as soon as you walk through the door.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 double, 1 king and 1 twin. We also have 1 downstairs twin bedroom which has en suite facilities for people with limited mobility. The holiday cottage is large enough to give extra privacy for those wanting to escape the children!

There is a large walled garden, well-groomed and with comfortable furniture, a safe place for the children to play and the adults to unwind over a glass of wine and a barbeque during the long hot summer evenings.

Centrally located in the county, Moo Barn is the ideal place for a proper Cornish holiday, close to the lovely old Cornish fishing village of Mevagissey, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project.

The cottage is big enough for two families to share or one family to spread out. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs: 2 doubles and 1 twin, as well as a  twin bedroom downstairs. The holiday cottage is large enough to give extra privacy for those wanting to escape the children!

The downstairs living space is open plan and spacious, with a dining table seating up to eight people; ideal for quick suppers or more leisurely dinner parties.
