The living room has 32’’ flat screen television with Freeview and a DVD player. There is a log burner so that the room is really cosy in winter. A perfect place to stretch out and relax! The window overlooks the front garden making the room light and airy throughout the year. The dining room looks out over the front garden. It has a parkway fire and a dark wood dining suite for six people.

There is a kitchen and utility room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, freezer and washer/drier. There is plenty of storage space and drying facilities in the utility room.

Outside there is a decked area with a hot tub with jets and lights and can seat 6 guests. The perfect place to relax after a day walking or sightseeing around the Elan Valley Dams. Facilities also include a BBQ and bike storage.

In fact Bevan House is situated on the Regional Cycle Route 25 and is the ideal place to stay and start and end your journey around the Radnor Ring cycle route, an 84 mile circular route of which you can cycle as much or as little of it as you wish. It follows quiet country lanes in the Mid Wales countryside.
