Stretton Lakes is set within 120 acres of beautiful countryside, featuring tranquil fishing lakes and luxury self-catering lodges. Located on the edge of Stretton Wood, the lodges are approximately 15 minutes from the county town of Oakham in Rutland. Each lodge benefits from a private heated hot tub overlooking the lakes, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing or fishing.

Accommodation

The accommodation includes three waterside one-bedroom lodges with a 5-Star Gold rating, along with three four-star Gold self-catering lodges set among woodland and overlooking the fishing lakes. All lodges are finished to an exceptionally high standard, with modern furnishings and quality décor throughout. Every lodge features a private hot tub, while the 5-Star lodges also include a private sauna.

Each self-catering lodge has a fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen leading into an open-plan dining and lounge area. The lounge areas are furnished with comfortable sofas and include a CD player, radio and digital television with DVD player. Wi-Fi is available in all lodges.

All lodges offer a double bedroom with en suite facilities and a twin bedroom with a separate bathroom.

The Cottage

The Cottage sleeps five guests and includes two bedrooms, a lounge and dining area, a bathroom, and a kitchen with spectacular views across the gardens and holiday park. Beds are made up ready for arrival, and bath towels, hand towels, and tea towels are provided. Outside, the cottage is surrounded by well-established landscaped gardens and trees, with a large enclosed patio area furnished with a table and chairs. There is space to park two cars, and boat parking can be arranged.

The Farmhouse

The Farmhouse sleeps eight guests and offers four bedrooms, two lounge areas, two bathrooms, and a large kitchen and dining space. Guests can enjoy views across the gardens, the holiday park, and out towards the sea. Beds are freshly made before arrival and towels are provided. The farmhouse shares the same beautifully landscaped setting as the cottage, with an enclosed patio area, outdoor furniture, and parking for two cars, with boat parking available on request.

The holiday park is rich in natural beauty and wildlife, featuring large private lakes available for fishing. Benches and picnic areas provide scenic spots to relax by the water. Guests also have access to secure boat and jetski storage, a football pitch, a play park, a teen hangout area, and a laundrette with washing machines and tumble dryers.
