Beacon Cottage Farm is a traditional 650-acre Cornish family farm, raising cows, calves, sheep, and chickens alongside arable farming. Located in beautiful countryside just a few hundred yards from the sea, the farm sits within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Heritage Coast. Awarded Dark Skies Status in 2014, it is just a short walk from the Southwest Coast Path.

Beacon Cottage Farm offers two charming self-catering stone holiday cottages, each built and equipped to the highest standards. Both cottages are graded 4 stars and have been awarded the Visit England Gold Award. Each cottage has private parking and is accessed through its own secure garden, complete with picnic tables and garden benches.

Inside, the cottages are cosy and welcoming. The lounges are comfortably furnished with a TV, DVD player, and traditional inglenook fireplaces, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the countryside. Free Wi-Fi is available in both cottages. The solid wood kitchens are fully fitted and well equipped with an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, and washer dryer, ensuring all cooking needs are met.

Each cottage accommodates four guests, with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. All bed linen is provided, and the beds are made up prior to arrival. Cots and high chairs are available for families with young children. The bathrooms are tastefully tiled and include a bath, power shower, heated towel rail, WC, and wash basin.

Both cottages have full central heating, with radiators in every room. All heating and electricity costs are included in the rental. For extra warmth during the winter months, both cottages are equipped with a wood burner, creating a cosy atmosphere.

Croft Cottage has its bedrooms upstairs. The double bedroom features an ensuite with a toilet and wash basin, while the twin bedroom has its own wash basin. Bramble Cottage, being single-storey, has no stairs, making it especially suitable for individuals with restricted mobility.

The area surrounding Beacon Cottage Farm is ideal for walking, with peaceful tracks and paths running along the coast and through secluded valleys. The gardens of the cottages offer stunning sea and coastal views, making them perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring the coastal path, local beaches, or nearby Cornish villages. The village of St. Agnes is just a short drive or scenic walk away, offering excellent bakeries, grocers, craft shops, pubs, and restaurants. For those seeking more active pursuits, nearby activities include surfing, horse riding, fishing, sailing, and golf. Alternatively, guests can simply enjoy the peace and relaxation of this beautiful part of Cornwall. St. Agnes is also an ideal base for touring, with Truro just 10 miles away and attractions such as The Eden Project, the Maritime Museum, and the Tate Gallery within easy reach.
