The Granary

The Granary is a beautifully converted former grain store offering spacious and comfortable accommodation. It features an en suite double bedroom, an en suite twin bedroom (both with TVs), and an additional single bedroom. The open-plan ground floor includes a tiled dining and lounge area with a TV, creating a bright and welcoming space for guests to unwind.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, and electric cooker — ideal for those who enjoy self-catering convenience. Guests can also enjoy full Wi-Fi access and a telephone point for added comfort and connectivity.

Diamond Cottage

Diamond Cottage, the newest addition to Phepson Farm, is named after the last cart horse to work on the farm in the 1930s. Converted from part of the old cowshed and stables, this charming ground-floor cottage is full of character, featuring beautiful oak beams and terracotta-tiled floors with underfloor heating throughout.

Inside, guests will find a king-size double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a family shower room with toilet, and a separate toilet with washbasin. The fully fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, electric oven, and hob. The adjoining dining area, with a south-facing French window, fills the space with natural light.

The lounge opens through French doors onto a paved seating area complete with garden furniture — perfect for enjoying the countryside views. The cottage also includes a TV and DVD player for cozy evenings indoors.

Our lodge is tastefully furnished and comes with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The lodge boasts beautiful gardens and you have use of a fire pit, great for huddling around whilst gazing at the starry night sky.

The accommodation includes an open plan bedroom with a double bed. Unwind in the cosy lounge area which has a sofa, TV & DVD player. The Hayloft, Hadley, Droitwich, Worcestershire (Sleeps 1-3)

The Hayloft is a beautifully appointed two-bedroom apartment on the upper floor of a newly reconstructed Cart House adjoining Mayhouse farmhouse.

Approached by an 'easy-rise' external staircase with secure handrail, the apartment provides one double bedroom, with en suite, and one single bedroom and a separate bathroom, and is ideally suited to three adults or a small family. An extra child's bed or a cot can be provided. There is also a garden reserved for guests.

The Hayloft has been rebuilt using the original materials, including some interesting oak beams, in the same proportions and style as the original, but incorporating a large picture window and of course, the most up-to-date facilities.

Mayhouse Farm is an arable farm with no animals other than a friendly and enthusiastic dog. Dogs are very welcome to join you at The Hayloft! There is a pet-friendly garden, that is enclosed, so you can enjoy the sunshine with your favourite pet.

Situated at the end of a long private drive The Hayloft is in a quiet and peaceful location, but it is easily accessible being close to both Droitwich and Worcester and only a few miles from junctions 5 and 6 of the M5 motorway.

There are many areas of historical or national interest nearby, and numerous local pubs and restaurants will tempt you to sample good food or just enjoy a drink.

The surrounding countryside offers the opportunity to walk, cycle or ride, but you could also just relax and unwind in your warm and comfortable accommodation or in your own private area of the garden.
