As the property is situated in the centre of Kelso, there is a possibility of some street noise at the weekends.
A secure gate from Oven Wynd leads into the entrance hall, offering coat hanging space and access to a utility room with washer/dryer. Additionally, there is a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. Ascend the stairs to the spacious first-floor living area, featuring a large circular dining table surrounded by upholstered seating and a central light fixture.
