The village of Tayinloan has local amenities and Tarbert can be reached in a 30 minute drive and is a popular destination with holiday-makers.
Our accommodation is set in a glorious part of the Point Sands Holiday Park. All holiday homes have been finished to a high standard, ensuring an enjoyable stay is had by all. Whether you are a couple, solo traveller, friends or family, we can accommodate all and look forward to welcoming you to this beautiful part of Scotland.
All guests have access to the on-site facilities at Point Sands Holiday Park. This includes our own long stretch of private sandy beach. Here you can enjoy watersports, build sandcastles and enjoy evening campfires.
Cara Pod is a luxury glamping pod, complete with a new wood-fired hot tub. For those who want a relaxing break away, this is the perfect place to stay.
Point House is perfect for families and friends. This beautifully appointed cottage is set back from the main holiday park, making it perfect for those who want some well-deserved peace and quiet.
Largie & Macdonald are a pair of beautiful caravans located on the Point Sands park. They have a luxury feel and are well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable break.
Our holiday homes are an ideal base from which to explore Kintyre and the many beautiful beaches and stunning countryside walks it has on offer. Further afield the beaches at Westport and Machrihanish are popular for surfers. Water sports are available around Kintyre with kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding and boat trips all popular. Kintyre is renowned for golf with 6 golf courses all within the area.
