The sitting room area at the far end boasts a large log-burning stove complete with a warming oven (for heating a pasty perhaps?) Owners Glen and Roger will leave a full log basket ready for your arrival. The linen grey sofa is perfect for a couple to curl up on.
There are books and local maps to browse, board games to play and binoculars to get to grips with. If you must stay in touch, The Old Goathouse has Wi-Fi too. Roger has up-cycled and transformed bookshelves, tables and cupboards to ensure every piece has been tailor-made to fit the space perfectly.
