We have a range of exclusive self-catering hot tub lodges to choose from. Each has been recently uniquely refurnished with stylish décor offering luxurious comfortable surroundings for your break. All lodges sleep 6 in 3 bedrooms with the option of an additional 2 children in travel cots which can be provided for your use at no extra cost.
Rates are all-inclusive of private hot tub usage, electricity, gas, gas BBQ, towel bale with hot tub sheets per guest, bed linens and a few essential kitchen and bathroom items plus warm welcome treats and a drinks tray for you all to enjoy upon arrival. Electricity, towels and bed linen are all included in the price.
Curlew Lodge – Offers you a raised outdoor hot tub on the contemporary decking with mood lighting for you to enjoy, comfortable outdoor sofas undercover on the patio and Outback gas BBQ to take advantage of the outdoors whatever the weather. As you sit in your hot tub or enjoy relaxation on the comfortable patio furniture the only thing that threatens to disturb your peace is the sound of birdsong, including that of the Curlew from which the lodge takes its name.
Lapwing Lodge offers luxurious accommodation for your holiday or weekend break. Relax and unwind in the outdoor sunken hot tub with privacy screening & mood lighting, take in the countryside views during your day and stargaze upon the clear skies at night, you may feel you are the only people in the world as you watch the wildlife and native red squirrels as they feed in the private grounds within touching distance.
Mallard Lodge has a unique position onsite offering the furthest reaching views of the Wildboar and Howgill fells, with a woodland backdrop and dabbling beck running close by and close to the wildlife pond which attracts a vast array of birdlife. Mallard has a lovely Jacuzzi Hot Tub with the benefit of being undercover on the patio and perfectly positioned for the exceptional views, this lodge is a favourite of many of our returning guests.
Swaledale Lodge real log cabin with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortable and stylish individually decorated and uniquely furnished, sleeping your group of 6 adults plus up to 3 children in a travel cot. The above deck comes with a private hot tub which provides stunning views.
Rough Fell Lodge has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ideal for couples and families looking for somewhere special to stay. The above deck private hot tub provides and enjoys spectacular views.

Within the 7 acres of landscaped land, there is a woodland walkway meandering over quaint bridges, leading around the grounds to picnic benches and rustic seating for you to use, there is also a small child’s play area with swings and a slide. The grounds also benefit from a wildlife pond, small stream, mature woodland and a large field where sheep and spring lambs can be seen, plus bird tables/feeders offer bird watching throughout the year. You are sure to spot the red squirrels, wild rabbits or some of the other varieties of wildlife on the site during your stay.
Our holiday homes are located at the foot of the Howgill and Wild Boar fells, providing the perfect base for exploring, outdoor pursuits or simply just enjoying the far-reaching views from the private grounds, your cabin’s patio or hot tub. You might choose to spend all your time relaxing, enjoying the peace and tranquillity of the natural surroundings or taking a short stroll to the local pubs to enjoy a delicious meal and sample the local beers and wines. For guests of a more energetic persuasion, there is a wealth of countryside pursuits on the doorstep; scenic walks, fishing, golf, cycle routes, horse riding, bird watching, swimming and tennis courts. Day-trippers will be in their element enjoying the scenery whilst exploring the National Parks, historic villages and market towns.
