This ground floor living room is a beautiful space to relax in. Facilities include a luxurious corner sofa, bespoke dining table, 40’’ smart TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi. Glazed doors open onto a delightful inner courtyard area. The quirky dining room (with slate flooring and underfloor heating) comes with a handmade Ewan a birch-ply bespoke dining table and benches. A modern kitchen comes with a stainless steel 6 burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dish washer and built in drawer fridge.
Three bedrooms are available. Bedroom 1 has the option of twin or king size bed and each room has 2 full size fold down bunk beds. Bedroom 2 has the option of twin or king size beds. Each room has 2 full size fold down bunk beds. Bedroom 3 is the largest room and has the option of a twin or king size bed. Each room has 2 full size fold down bunk beds and an optional sofa bed if required.
Outside there is an internal and external courtyard. The former is a wonderful Zen courtyard with a slate patio, AstroTurf lawn, handmade oak seating, bamboo planting and a sculpture. The latter is a gravel rear courtyard with a large table, gas BBQ and more sculptures. An ideal place for a spot of al fresco dining.
