The local area has lots of fishing opportunities for barbel, roach and chubb. You can fish outside the property or fish for half a mile upstream. The coarse fishing in the Severn Trent area runs from mid-June to mid-March and any bait is allowed. Fishing for salmon, trout and eel is allowed all year round. Superb attractions to visit include Ludlow Castle, Buildwas Abbey, Upper Arley Arboretum, Cleobury Mortimer Golf Club & Bewdley Museum.
