Our cottage is brimming with character, offering beautiful old beams combined with cosy accommodation. The cottage sleeps 4 people in a double and on a sofa bed in the lounge.
A door from the kitchen leads to the South facing terrace with patio furniture, great for al fresco dining on a summer’s day.
Carsington is the ideal base for exploring the Peak District. Carsington Water is just a few minutes away and the towns of Bakewell and Chatsworth are a 30-minute drive away. Lots of activities can be enjoyed in the area, including cycling, riding, pony trekking, shopping, gem panning, fishing and walking through the Peak District and the Derbyshire Dales.
