The Westbury Manor Stables are located on the Westbury Manor Farm, just outside of West Meon near Petersfield. West Meon has been previously voted the best village in the UK by the Times! Our holiday cottage is an ideal holiday home for a group of 6 people who are looking to explore Hampshire and the South Downs National Park.
The holiday cottage is a converted Victorian stone stable block and tack room that now offers comfortable, bright and spacious self-catering holiday accommodation for 6 people. The Stables have been sympathetically converted and retain the high ceiling and wooden beams in the main living space.
Up to two horses can also be accommodated (extra horses a possibility) to enable you to benefit from the glorious riding in the area. Horses to be bedded on our homegrown straw and fed on our own hay – with a choice of either seed or meadow hay, or our own haylage – the choice is yours!
The South Downs are an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and are home to many beautiful walks, cycle paths and bridleways. We are on the doorstep of the Meon Valley Trail this permissive bridleway, following the line of the old Meon Valley railway, is 11 miles (17.7 kilometres) from West Meon to Wickham.
