Low Costa Mill consists of seven holiday cottages with an indoor heated swimming pool. The cottages were all carefully converted from old farm and mill buildings and are grouped around a courtyard next to the original farmhouse. They all vary in size to accommodate most families. These cottages are a fantastic base from which to explore North Yorkshire and are within easy reach of Pickering, Kirkbymoorside, Scarborough and the North York Moors National Park.
Low Costa Mill Cottages are set within ten acres of open countryside, through which runs the Costa Beck, an ancient mill stream dating from the 1200s.
In the grounds, young visitors will enjoy meeting the resident animals. They have a very large, safe, grass play area with swings, slides, climbing frame, practice net, giant outdoor board games, and a tree-house.
Their fully heated indoor swimming pool with a small separate child’s pool is open all year from 8am to 10pm, and is available exclusively for guest use only.
The cottages vary in size to take from two to eight people plus cots. All have full electric heating and all except Thresher have log fires.
Located on the banks of Costa Beck, Low Costa Mill is set in a peaceful haven on the outskirts of Pickering, North Yorkshire. The local area is home to a wealth of attractions and places of interest, including:
