At Crugeran we are situated in the stunning Llyn Peninsula in North Wales. We have three-holiday cottages available, all our cottages have been very tastefully decorated in keeping with their character with a number of antique furniture, auction finds and modern conveniences throughout and we pride ourselves on the comfort and cleanliness of our cottages.
Llofftstabal - Sleeps 4
The living room is L-shaped with the cream country style fitted kitchen at one end including a microwave, electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, pine dining table and chairs. There is a TV, DVD player, CD player with comfortable leather sofa and upholstered wing armchair, with electric fire in an old cast iron fireplace. All the old beams are left exposed, giving a very airy, spacious and comfortable atmosphere. The shower room provides an electric shower, stylish vanity units and marble mosaic tiles, plus heated towel rail. There is a fixed electric panel heater in the main bedroom and kitchen area, a storage heater in the living area, plus a portable fan heater for the second bedroom and heated towel rail in the bathroom. Just outside the door, a wooden picnic table provides an ideal spot for your morning coffee on the patio. There are two bedrooms - One Victorian brass and iron double bed with luxury Egyptian cotton bedding and one bedroom with full-size bunks.
Ysgubor - Sleeps 7
Ysgubor provides superior, comfortable and clean accommodation for up to 7 people, and is wheelchair friendly. Ysgubor with its own furnished patio, it offers an ideal area for the alfresco meals or just relaxing in the sunshine. Ysgubor has a wealth of beams and open stone walls and is very tastefully decorated. The new leather sofas are proving to be a big success! It has a beautiful fully equipped oak kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and a small freezer. There is full central heating, a TV, DVD player and CD player. A travel cot, highchair, and safety gate is also available. All the pine furniture was bought locally and is hand made by a craftsman in keeping with the traditional styles. Our cottage has a twin bedded downstairs bedroom with en suite level entry shower room suitable for wheelchair users. Upstairs there is a spacious bedroom with 3 single beds plus a combined TV/DVD. The third bedroom has a fantastic iron and brass antique king size 4 poster bed - The comfortable bathroom has a large whirlpool type bath - perfect for relaxing - plus a shower above it.
Stabal - Sleeps 5
Stabal with its own furnished patio offers an ideal area for the alfresco meals or just relaxing in the sunshine. This holiday cottage has a wealth of beams and open stone walls and benefits from a recent kitchen/living room makeover. A beautiful new kitchen painted in Stoneground colour with a granite worktop provides a dishwasher, larder fridge, microwave, oven and induction hob plus small freezer. The new red leather armchairs are a joy to relax in. Stabal has full central heating, a TV, DVD player & CD player. A travel cot, highchair, and safety gate are also available. All the pine furniture was bought locally and was handmade by a craftsman in keeping with the traditional styles.
Abersoch, Aberdaron, Nefyn, the pub Ty Coch at Porthdinllaen (third best beach bar in the world) and all the beautiful sandy beaches of the peninsula are all close at hand with the nearest beach being 3 ½ miles away. Walking, golf, sea fishing trips, horse riding and plenty of water sports facilities are available here. The market town of Pwllheli, the resort of Criccieth and Porthmadog, as well as numerous historic and scenic attractions such as the Snowdonia National Park, Ffestiniog Railway, castles and the Italian village of Portmeirion, are all easily reached from Crugeran Farm Holidays.
