Our newest property sleeps up to 8 people and is great for a tranquil getaway in the country.
This cosy cottage comes with a sitting room with Sky TV and a DVD player. Cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with a range of appliances. Enjoy some delicious meals in the dining area.
Bedrooms consist of 1 king room, 2 king/twin rooms and 1 sofa bed. In total, there are 3 bathrooms. All bed linen and towels, plus toiletries are provided.
You are welcome to wander around the grounds of the estate, with lots of picnic sites available.
We also offer accommodation in The Stables which can sleep an additional 11 people and is adjacent to The Coach House.

The local area of lots of stunning landscape to enjoy, perfect for picturesque walks and cycle rides. Play a round at Harburn Golf Club or enjoy some retail therapy at Livingston Designer Outlet. You can enjoy a delightful day out at the Almond Valley Farm, Museum and Discovery Centre or head to Edinburgh and see its renowned castle.
