Barn Cottage:
Barn is a detached "upside down" cottage with exposed beams in all the rooms. The entrance and open plan living area are on the first floor. A large south-facing window overlooks the dell and driveway. Steps down from the dining area lead to the main bedroom with a king size and a second bedroom with bunk beds. The bathroom comes with a bath/shower on the ground floor.
Huel Cottage:
Huel has a main bedroom with a pine double bed overlooking the gardens and a bedroom with bunk beds. The lounge/dining area, kitchen and bathroom (with bath/shower) are all on the ground floor. At the front of the cottage, there is a patio area bordering the gardens.
Shippen Cottage:
Shippen is a spacious cottage with a galleried main bedroom overlooking the living room. On the ground floor is the living/dining area which comes with a vaulted ceiling and woodburning stove. The kitchen, twin room, bath/shower room and WC are also on the ground floor.
Little Shippen:
Little Shippen is a cosy studio unit which provides excellent value for money Accommodation is for up to two people. The open plan studio comprises comes with a living area with a pine sleigh double bed, dining table and chairs and a TV. A separate shower room and toilet and a well-equipped kitchenette are also available. Stable doors lead to a patio area at the rear and the gardens at the front of the studio.
Farm Cottage:
Our charming cottage is brimming with character and comes with a main living room with a dining area. A well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. Upstairs you will find three cosy bedrooms. The main bedroom has a comfy king-size bed and plenty of storage and a dressing table. The twin bedroom is a lovely room overlooking the lawns A single bedroom is also available.
Located just a short drive from lots of superb attractions, including the Eden Project, the seaside towns of Looe and Polperro and the gorgeous Bodmin Moor. You can visit Golitha Falls which has a series of stunning cascades and waterfalls along a section of the River Fowely. Boconnoc House and Gardens is a beautiful country mansion set in extensive grounds and gardens.
