The four stone-built cottages are set within 240 acres of rolling Devon countryside, yet ideally located for easy access to some of South Devon's finest beaches. All the cottages are beautifully furnished and include a shared laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Guests also have access to a shared sitting-out area with garden furniture and a BBQ.

The quirky town of Tones is only 15 minutes away and sits on the River Dart. You can explore its interesting collection of shops, weekly markets, galleries, leisure centre, restaurants, bistros and cafes. Lots of excellent attractions are in the local area, such as Woodland Family Theme Park, Cornworth Priory, Fast Rabbit Farm Gardens & Andrew’s Wood.

Crabadon Manor offers 2 self catering properties that lie just 4 miles away from the market town of Totnes in Devon. The cottages are nestled in 240 acres of beautiful woodland which creates a peaceful and secluded atmosphere.

Crabadon Manor is a large property that can sleep up to 10 people. There is a spacious living room complete with wood burning stove. The large & homely farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped with a TV & Aga.

Lily Pond is smaller than Crabadon Manor sleeping up to 4 people. This has a fully equipped beamed farmhouse style kitchen/dining room. The lounge is a large room with a beamed ceiling and sofa bed. Guests are welcome to use the shared surrounding woodland. It is a great place to hold a barbeque.
