Ideal for families, this spacious cottage attached to Kite’s Gate accommodates up to 6 people. Enjoy a four-poster double en suite, a twin room, a twin en suite, and a twin room with zip and link beds. The open plan ground floor offers a well-equipped kitchen, an extendable dining table, and French windows opening to a terrace with a four-door Aga. Additional amenities include a multipurpose basement, a flat-screen TV, and a doll’s house for children. Outside, a rear terrace with seating, table and chairs, and a large BBQ awaits.

The Old Coach House:

This fully restored former coach house accommodates up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. A master en suite with a double brass bedstead and 3 twin rooms (1 en suite) provide comfortable sleeping arrangements. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, a living/dining room with an open fireplace, and a separate study/reading room. Outside, a private garden with tables, chairs, and a Weber BBQ offers an ideal spot for al fresco dining.

Kite’s Gate:

Berry Pen Cottage:

Once the stabling and groom’s quarter of Kingham Lodge, this property now offers modern accommodation for 6 people. With 3 en suite bedrooms, including one for people with disabilities, it features a spacious open plan living area with comfy seating and an open fire. The dining table seats 16 people, and the fully-equipped kitchen leads to a south-facing garden with a terrace.

Lodge Cottage:

Bringing 300 years of character, this cottage sleeps 4 in a double four-poster en suite and a twin with zip and link beds. The ground floor features an open fireplace, comfy seating, and French windows. A fully-equipped kitchen and a south-facing conservatory provide additional charm. Outside, a south-facing garden with a terrace awaits.

The Loft:

Accessed via an external stone staircase, this loft apartment accommodates 4 people. The arts and crafts period furniture adds character, and the open plan living area includes a dining table, comfy seating, and FreeSat TV. The Hop Kiln is a Victorian property providing secluded and peaceful self-catering accommodation within the Shropshire village of Burford, which is 2 miles from the market town of Tenbury Wells.

Upton Downs Farmhouse is a spacious property providing high-quality self catering accommodation. It is located close to the historic town of Burford. This area is surrounded by beautiful Cotswold countryside. The ideal spot for relaxing or visiting the nearby cities of Oxford, Cheltenham and London.

This unique property can accommodate 14 people. Bedrooms consist of a double, 3 super king rooms which can be used as twins and 2 interconnecting rooms.

The lovely large living room has an open fireplace and Sky TV. The open plan kitchen/diner is well equipped. Just off the kitchen is a utility room.

A separate dining room can seat up to 14 people.

Outside is a large garden with seating. To the front is a small lawn and games room. Parking is available for several cars.

Onsite is an amazing Smokery Farm Shop which specializes in smoked meat, game and fish of the highest quality. There is also Upton Firehouse which serves BBQ lunches.

The nearby town of Burford has places to eat and independent shops. It has a three arched medieval bridge and impressive church. The town is often referred to as the Gateway to the Cotswolds. Burford is located 18 miles west of Oxford and 22 miles southeast of Cheltenham.

Oxford has plenty of shops, places to eat, historical buildings and attractions. Some examples of places to visit include Bodleian Library, Carfax Tower, Sheldonian Theatre and Radcliffe Camera.
