Meanwhile, the detached Drewstone Arches presents a unique escape, accommodating four guests in a thoughtfully laid out space where the lounge and kitchen maximize breathtaking views, while direct access to an enclosed lawn invites moments of tranquillity.

The Mornacott Cottages are a collection of beautifully appointed and award-winning holiday homes on the edge of Exmoor National Park. Our cottages are on our 650 acre working farm at Bishops Nympton near South Molton, making us a fantastic base for those who are looking to explore North Devon. 

We have three cottages available on our farm, all of which have been tastefully refurbished from original farm buildings. They now offer high-quality accommodation for families and friends, which include all modern conveniences you would expect in a luxury property. Whether you want to use your cottage as a base for exploring the local area, as a retreat from the frantic pressure of day to day life or to participate in many of the on-farm activities available we’re confident that you will not be disappointed.

Whilst the surrounding area of Devon is truly beautiful, guests can enjoy a break away to Mornacott and not have to worry about leaving the farm grounds. There are 650 acres to explore and we have many activities available on site that the whole family can enjoy. Some of the activities do have a small charge, all of which goes directly to making further improvements to our countryside.

For larger parties, we also have a group entertaining barn. This is a stunning building that has breathtaking views across the countryside and has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout.

Whilst peaceful seclusion is guaranteed by our location, we are only ten minutes from the A361 North Devon Link Road ensuring easy access to the glorious beaches at Saunton Sands or Woolacombe. Both of these beaches are ideal for surfers or bathers alike. We border Exmoor National Park and are a short distance from South Molton with its farmers and pannier markets held each week and a full range of shops, pubs and a supermarket. The larger town of Barnstaple is within 16 miles with numerous shops, theatre and cinema.
