The cottage also features a bathroom with WC, a shower room with WC, a spacious living/dining room with a wood-burning stove, an open-plan kitchen, and a generously-sized utility room.

Within the garden, Balbeag offers amenities such as two dog kennels with small runs, ample car parking space, a large picnic table with bench seating, and a barbecue.
