The Black Swan was built around 1500 and has had a strong part to play in the history of South Mimms village. The traditional cottage has a low beamed ceiling and windows that look out onto the village green. This cosy cottage can sleep up to 6 people and pets are welcome by arrangement.
Rail connections are just two miles away and the London Underground at Barnet or Cockfosters will take guests into central London in about 45 minutes. There can be few more rural places so close to London’s northern boundary.
