Fferm Sychnant, a 17th-century farmhouse nestled on a small working farm in the hamlet of Bryncroes, offers a serene retreat at the end of a quiet lane, ensuring a safe environment for children to explore. The rural setting guarantees a relaxing break for all guests, with the added convenience of being just a short drive from several sandy beaches, including Abersoch, Aberdaron, and Whistling Sands, making it an ideal base for a variety of outdoor activities such as walking, cycling, and fishing.

The farmhouse itself comprises three bedrooms—two doubles and one with full-size bunks, with a cot available upon request—and an upstairs bathroom. The aim is to provide guests with a homely atmosphere, with facilities including a kitchen/diner equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, and microwave, a lounge with colour TV, video and DVD player, and electric fire, as well as a ground floor shower room/WC and utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer. Oil central heating ensures comfort throughout, with bed linen included in the fee and electricity operated via a £1 meter. Outside, guests can enjoy a grassy garden area with a sunny aspect and ample parking for cars.

In addition to the farmhouse accommodation, a static caravan is also available, sleeping 4/5 guests with one double and two single beds, along with a small bunk. The caravan features a shower/bath room, kitchen, and spacious lounge/diner with TV and gas fire, with bed linen, electricity, and gas included in the price, boasting stunning views towards Aberdaron.

Exploring the surrounding area, guests will find Bryncroes conveniently located a short drive from the fishing village of Aberdaron, situated at the western tip of the Llyn Peninsula and popular among walkers. The Llyn Peninsula, part of Gwynedd, extends 30 miles into the Irish Sea, designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty covering 62 square miles, offering breathtaking landscapes and endless opportunities for exploration and outdoor adventures.
