This purpose-built residence can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, offering a harmonious blend of understated decor and luxury features. Guests can relish the comfort of Egyptian cotton bedding, Harris Tweed curtains and throws, rugs and cushions from Skyeskyns, hand-soap from Highland Soaps, and whisky-barrel furniture from Darach.
Indoors, you'll discover a snooker hall, complete with a full-size snooker table, Italian leather sofas, and a whiskey-barrel bar table. A galleried landing above the room provides captivating views of Loch Ness, with seating and a balcony. Additionally, there's a snug room featuring a log-burning stove, perfect for relaxation.
The well-equipped kitchen-diner boasts granite worktops and a variety of modern appliances, including a double-oven range cooker, a 6-hob stove, microwave, large fridge/freezer, a separate drinks fridge, and a dishwasher. The spacious dining area accommodates up to 12 people, and a sunroom with seating offers delightful vistas. A utility room is equipped with a washing machine and ironing board for your convenience.
Sleeping arrangements include three double bedrooms and three twin bedrooms. The double rooms come with en suite facilities, while the two twin rooms on the first floor share a family bathroom. On the ground floor, there is an en suite twin room for added comfort.
Outside, our property features a patio area with garden benches and two charcoal BBQs. There's also a decked area for relaxation, along with steeply sloped gardens that infuse a natural charm.
