Brewery Lane Holiday Cottages offer comfortable and homely self-catering accommodation for up to 4 people. They can be found in the centre of Keswick and are an excellent base for exploring the town, mountains and surrounding areas in Cumbria.
Accommodation
Each holiday cottage is completely self-contained with both a front and back door. Gas-fired central heating throughout means complete temperature control for your comfort.
The lounge and dining kitchen are situated on the ground floor. The comfortably furnished lounge has a flat-screen television with Freeview. DVD player and CD/radio with iPod dock.
The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Crockery and utensils aplenty ensure you can do as much, or as little, cooking as you like, perfect self-catering accommodation in Keswick.
Upstairs are two well-furnished bedrooms which can be set as 2 double rooms or as one double and one twin room. All beds have been replaced and now have high-quality firm but comfortable Sealy beds. Linen is provided and the beds are already made for you but please bring your own towels.
The bathroom has a white suite with a combined bath and shower.
Local Area
Brewery Lane is a quiet lane off Victoria Street in the heart of Keswick. The town centre and Market Square are only a few minutes walk away; Derwentwater and the Theatre by the Lake are a mere 10 to 15-minute stroll from the cottages. In the opposite direction head into Lower Fitz Park, spend a lazy afternoon watching cricket or cross into Upper Fitz Park and try your hand at tennis, crazy golf or watch the local team bowling.
Brewery Lane Cottages are ideally placed for exploring Keswick and the surrounding area without the need to use your car. It is possible to plan your walk each day starting from Brewery Lane or, if you wish to go further afield, you could catch the bus and the ‘driver’ can enjoy the scenery too.
